Friday Faves 12.15

Must read

Hi friends! Happy Friday! How’s the week going? I hope you’ve had a wonderful one so far! We’re off on a little staycation – I’ll be posting the adventures over on IG stories- and am looking forward to lots of holly jolly fun. I hope you have an amazing weekend ahead!

I didn’t have time to run the random number generator before hitting the road, so you have a couple more days to enter the Favorite Things giveaway!! I’ll edit this post on Monday morning with the winners and will send them an email then, too. Hop in if you haven’t already entered.

It’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party! This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love to hear about your faves, too, so please shout out something you’re loving in the comments section below.

Friday Faves 12.15

Fashion + beauty:

This sweater dress from the latest RTR Unlimted shipment. It might be a keeper since it fits well and is easy to dress up or down.

I’ve been on the hunt for a good eye primer that doesn’t irritate my eyes, and this has been the winner.

LOVE these sparkly heels for holiday dinners and parties.

Fitness, health, and good eats:

Latest ButcherBox arrived and we are stocked up for Christmas feasting. I added a whole turkey to our delivery, two beef tenderloins (we did this last year and they were amaaaazing), and the usual purchases: ground beef, steak, tri tip, brisket, whole chicken, chicken thighs, salmon, and scallops. ButcherBox has the best quality and it makes grocery shopping so much easier (and less expensive). My full review of ButcherBox is here.

Exciting news! You can now use FSA and HSA funds towards HigherDOSE. I love that more and more companies are offering this. If you have funds that expire at the end of the year, this is a great opportunity to use them towards a sauna blanket, red light face mask, or PEMF Go Mat. You can also stack my code FITNESSISTA15 for an extra 15% off.

Cheese board Christmas tree! My friend Giselle posted a similar one, so I tried to replicate it for a holiday get-together. Everything is from trader Joe’s and the tree platters are from Home Goods.

We went to a friends’ house and learned how to make pasta!! It felt like we were back in Italy. 🙂

New hiking boots. This is my latest Vivobarefoot addition – P and I wear Vivobarefoot constantly – and I was so excited to try their hiking boots. It’s ideal hiking season right now and I can already tell they’ll be my favorite shoes. I missed the entire spring hiking season because I was dealing with the eye saga, so I’ve been trying to live it up.

Organifi released their kids’ green juice this week, so I instantly ordered it for the girls (and pre-ordered the Shilajit gummies). I already know they’re going to love it because they often take sips of my Organifi green juice. I love that this is packed with vitamins, minerals, and includes fiber, probiotics, with a yummy apple flavor. No fillers or weird ingredients.

You can check it out here and this link will auto-apply my code, FITNESSISTA, which gets you 20% off. (It’s also stackable with any current promos.)

Read, watch, listen:

Liv and I went to see Waitress the Musical the movie last weekend and it was everything I could have wished for and more. I’ve known the songs for so many years, but have never seen it live. This was definitely the next best thing. I think I cried four times, and Liv loved it, too. Apparently it will be on Disney+ this summer!

Happy Friday, friends!
